FAQ
Cards on the table.
The questions operators ask before the first call.
Working with us
Who do you work with?
Licensed online casino, sportsbook, lottery, bingo and poker operators, and the in-house teams that run their acquisition. Every brand we advertise must hold a licence in each market it targets.
Which channels do you run?
Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta and YouTube, plus the tracking that connects them to your deposit and revenue data.
Can you work alongside our in-house team?
Yes. Some operators want us to run everything. Others keep day-to-day control and bring us in for tracking, compliance or a new market. We fit the way your team already works.
What does the free audit cover?
With read-only access, we look at where your paid media budget goes, how well your tracking connects to real deposits, and where policy or compliance risk sits in your account. Then we walk you through what we found. The findings are yours to keep.
Compliance
Do you work with unlicensed or grey-market brands?
No. We only advertise brands that are licensed in the markets they target, and we don’t run traffic aimed at players outside those markets.
Can you help with Google’s gambling certification?
Yes. We prepare the application with you, including licence evidence, domain ownership and a check of your landing pages. Google makes the final decision, so our job is to make sure the application is complete and your account is in good standing.
How do you handle responsible gambling?
Searches linked to self-exclusion and problem gambling are excluded from every account we run. We target the legal gambling age in each market or higher, and include the safer-gambling messaging local rules require.
Are there markets you won’t advertise in?
Any market where your brand isn’t licensed, and any market where gambling advertising isn’t permitted. Where the rules are very restrictive, we’ll tell you honestly whether paid media is worth it before you spend anything.
Data & tracking
Do you need access to our player data?
We don’t need personal details, documents or KYC files. We work with conversion events and values, such as a first deposit, sent to the ad platforms in hashed form and in line with your consent setup.
Why does deposit and revenue data matter for bidding?
Ad platforms optimise toward whatever you report back. If they only hear about sign-ups, they find more sign-ups, including bonus hunters. When they learn which clicks turn into real depositors, bidding shifts toward the players worth winning.
